【摘要】:ThispartofISO965specifiesdeviationsandlimitsofsizesforpitchandcrestdiametersforISOgeneralpurposemetricinternalscrewthreadsconformingtoISO262havingbasicprofileaccordingtoISO68-1.InternalscrewthreadsaccordingtothispartofISO965areintendedtomatewithexternalscrewthreadswithmaximumsizeoftolerancepositionhbeforehot-dipgalvanizing.ThelimitsofsizesforthetolerancequalityspecifiedarederivedfromtolerancesspecifiedinISO965-1.ThefundamentaldeviationsforinternalscrewthreadswithatolerancepositionAZhavebeencalculatedaccordingtothefollowingformula:ElAZ=+(300+20P)whereEIisexpressedinmicrometres;Pisexpressedinmillimetres.ThefundamentaldeviationsforinternalscrewthreadswithatolerancepositionAXhavebeencalculatedaccordingtothefollowingformula:ElAX=+{220P-20)whereEIisexpressedinmicrometres;Pisexpressedinmillimetres.ProductsmadewiththreadtolerancesaccordingtothispartofISO965mayshowloadfailurewhentestedinaccordancewithISO898-2withoutadjustmentoftheothermechanicalproperties.InternalscrewthreadswiththreadtolerancesaccordingtothispartofISO965mustnotbematedwithexternalscrewthreadshavingthreadtolerancesaccordingtoISO965-4becausesuchcombinationswillcreatesevereriskofthreadstripping.NOTEInternalscrewthreadswithtoleranceclass6AZareprimarilyintendedtomatewithexternalscrewthreadscentrifugedafterhot-dipgalvanizing.Internalscrewthreadswithtoleranceclass6AXareprimarilyintendedtomatewithhot-dipgalvanizedexternalscrewthreadswithheavycoatingnotcentrifuged.
