【摘要】:Safetyfactorsmustbeaddressedandincorporatedintotheworktoprotecttheworkersandthepublic,andconstructionactivitiesmayneedtobealteredaccordingly.Engineeringandconstructioncostsareapartoftheanalysis.Accessrightstotheworkshouldbeconsideredinthedesignoftheproject.Aconstructionprofessional,whohasfieldexperienceinconstructionactivitiessimilartothescopeofworkanticipated,shouldreviewtheplansforconstructabilitypriortostartingtheproject.Properinsuranceandsuretybondingtoprotecttheinterestsofallpartiestotheagreementorcontractshouldbeconsidered.Riskmanagementassessmentwillidentifythepartiesthatareinthebestpositiontocontrolandberesponsibleforthedifferentrisks.1.1Thisguideaddressesonlyprimarysafetyconcerns,easements,constructability,liabilityofthevariousparties,andriskmanagementrelatedtoconstructing,installing,maintaining,orchanginganopticalfibernetworkinanexistingsewer.1.2Thetextofthisstandardreferencesnotesandfootnoteswhichprovideexplanatorymaterial.Thesenotesandfootnotes(excludingthoseintablesandfigures)shallnotbeconsideredasrequirementsofthestandard.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatoryrequirementspriortouse.See4.1and5.1-5.1.7forspecificsafetyinformation.
