【摘要】:ThispartofISO18437definesacantilevershearbeammethodfordeterminingfromlaboratorymeasurementsthedynamicmechanicalpropertiesoftheresilientmaterialsusedinvibrationisolators.Commonerrorsduetoclampingthespecimenareavoidedbyusingfixedendssothereisnorotationalmotionofthebeamatitsends.ThispartofISO18437isapplicabletoshockandvibrationsystemsoperatingfromafractionofahertztoabout20kHz.ThispartofISO18437isapplicabletoresilientmaterialsthatareusedinvibrationisolatorsinordertoreducea)transmissionsofunwantedvibrationsfrommachines,structuresorvehiclesthatradiatesound(fluid-borne,airborne,structure-borne,orothers),andb)thetransmissionoflow-frequencyvibrationsthatactuponhumansorcausedamagetostructuresorsensitiveequipmentwhenthevibrationistoosevere.ThedataobtainedwiththemeasurementmethodsthatareoutlinedinthispartofISO18437andfurtherdetailedinISO18437-2areusedfor—thedesignofefficientvibrationisolators,—theselectionofanoptimummaterialforagivendesign,—thetheoreticalcomputationofthetransferofvibrationsthroughisolators,—informationduringproductdevelopment,—productinformationprovidedbymanufacturersandsuppliers,and—qualitycontrol.Theconditionforthevalidityofthemeasurementmethodislinearityofthevibrationalbehaviouroftheisolator.Thisincludeselasticelementswithnonlinearstaticloaddeflectioncharacteristics,providedthattheelementsshowapproximatelinearityintheirvibrationalbehaviourforagivenstaticpreload.Measurementsusingthismethodaremadeovertwodecadesinfrequency(typically0,3Hzto30Hz)atanumberoftemperatures.Byapplyingthetime-temperaturesuperpositionprinciple,themeasureddataareshiftedtogeneratedynamicmechanicalpropertiesoveramuchwiderrangeoffrequencies(typically10Hzto10Hzatasinglereferencetemperature)thaninitiallymeasuredatagiventemperature.NOTEForthepurposeofthispartofISO18437,theterm"dynamicmechanicalproperties"referstothedeterminationofthefundamentalelasticproperties,e.g.thecomplexYoung'smodulusasafunctionoftemperatureandfrequencyand,ifapplicable,astaticpreload.
