【摘要】:ThispartofISO13373providesgeneralguidelinesforthemeasurementanddatacollectionfunctionsofmachineryvibrationforconditionmonitoring.Itisintendedtopromoteconsistencyofmeasurementproceduresandpractices,whichusuallyconcentrateonrotatingmachines.Becauseofthediversityofapproachestoconditionmonitoring,recommendationsspecifictoaparticularkindofmonitoringprogrammewillbeaddressedinadditionalpartsofISO13373.ThispartofISO13373isabasicdocumentwhichpresentsrecommendationsofageneralnature,encompassing—measurementmethods,—measurementparameters,—transducerselection,—transducerlocation,—transducerattachment,—datacollection,—machineoperatingconditions,—vibrationmonitoringsystems,—signalconditioningsystems,—interfaceswithdata-processingsystems,—continuousmonitoring,and—periodicmonitoring.Thevibratoryconditionsofamachinecanbemonitoredbyvibrationmeasurementsonthebearingorhousingstructureand/orbyvibrationmeasurementsoftherotatingelementsofthemachine.Inaddition,measurementscanbecontinuousornon-continuous.ThispartofISO13373providesguidanceonthetypesofmeasurementsrecommendedinboththecontinuousandthenon-continuousmodes.ItisemphasizedthatthispartofISO13373addressesonlytheproceduresforvibrationconditionmonitoringofmachines.Inmanycases,thecompleteconditionmonitoringanddiagnosticsofamachinecanalsoincludeotherparameters,suchasthermography,oilanalysis,ferrography,processvariations,temperaturesandpressures.Thesenon-vibratoryparameterswillbeincludedinotherInternationalStandards.
