【摘要】:Thisstandardgivesguidanceonwritingthetechnicalspecificationfortheprocurementofgasturbines,includinggasturbinesforcombined-cyclesystems,andtheirauxiliariesforuseinelectricitygeneratingstations(powerstations).ThisGuideforprocurementisnotapplicabletoequipmentforuseinthenuclearreactorplantareaofnuclearpowerstations.OtherpossibleapplicationsofsuchequipmenthavenotbeenconsideredinthepreparationofthisGuide.ThisGuideisapplicabletoopen-cyclegasturbinesusingnormalcombustionsystems,generallygreaterthan20MWelectricaloutput,andalsoincludesclosed-cycle,semiclosed-cycleandcombined-cyclegasturbinepowerplantsandcombinedheatandpowerplants.Incasesofturbinesusingfreepistongasgeneratorsorspecialheatsources(forexample,chemicalprocess,nuclearreactors,furnaceforasuper-chargedboiler),thisGuidemaybeusedasabasisbutwillneedtobesuitablymodified.ThisGuideexcludesgasturbinesformarinepropulsionandthoseusedtopropelaircraft,locomotives,militaryvehicles,roadconstructionandearth-movingmachines,agriculturalandindustrialtypesoftractorsandroadvehicles.ThisGuideforprocurementofgasturbineshasbeenpreparedtobeusedwiththeexistinginternationalstandardISO3977.Itshould,therefore,bereadinadditionandcomplementarytotheinternationalstandard.TheequipmentcoveredbythisGuideisdefinedbyitsfunctionratherthandesigntype.Therefore,theguidancetothespecificationisstatedinperformancetermsratherthanbeingspecifiedbyadetaileddescriptionoftheequipmenttobesupplied.ThisGuideindicatestopotentialpurchasershowtheirspecificationshouldbepreparedsothat:-theequipmenttypeandcapacityinterfacescorrectlywithotherelementsofthesystems;-predictedperformanceisachieved;-ancillaryequipmentisproperlysized;-reliability,availabilityandsafetyrequirementsareachieved;-properconsiderationisgiventotheevaluationprocessandthequalitymeasurestobeapplied.ThisGuidedoesnotdeterminethetypeofspecification(e.g.detailed,performance,functional)ortheextentofsupplyforanygivencontractwhichisnormallydecidedonthebasisofthepurchaser'sprojectstrategy.Itdoesnotcover:-anycommercial,contractualorlegalissueswhicharenormallyinseparatepartsofanenquiry;-anyallocationofresponsibilitieswhicharedeterminedbythecontract.ThisGuidedoesnotprescribethearrangementofthedocumentsintheenquiry.NOTEAsacomprehensiveEuropeanenvironmentalpolicyisstillunderpreparation,thisGuidedoesnotaddresstheenvironmentalimplicationsoftheequipment.
