【摘要】:(I)ThisPart4-3ofEN1993providesprinciplesandapplicationrulesforthestructuraldesignofcylindricalsteelpipelinesforthetransportofliquidsorgasesormixturesofliquidsandgasesatambienttemperatures,whicharenottreatedbyotherEuropeanstandardscoveringparticularapplications.(2)Standardsdealingwithspecificpipelineapplicationsshouldbeusedforthesepurposes,notably-EN805:2000forwatersupplysystems(drinkingwater);EN1295:1997forburiedpipelinesundervariousconditionsofloading(wastewater):EN1594:2000forgassupplysystemsforoperatingpressuresover16bar;EN12007:2000forgassupplysystemsuptoandincluding16bar;EN12732:2000forwelding;EN13941:2003forpre-insulatedbondedpipesystemsfordistrictheating;EN13480:2002forindustrialpipelines;EN14161:2004forpipelinetransportationsystemsforthepetroleumandnaturalgasindustries.(3)RulesrelatedtospecialrequirementsofseismicdesignareprovidedinEN1998-4(Eurocode8:Part4"Designofstructuresforearthquakeresistance:Silos,tanksandpipelines"),whichcomplementstherulesofEurocode3specificallyforthispurpose.(4)ThisStandardisrestrictedtoburiedpipelines,correspondingtothescopeofEurocode8Part4forpipelines.Itisspecificallyintendedforuseon:Buriedpipelinesinsettlementareasandinnon-settlementareas;Buriedpipelinescrossingdykes,trafficroadsandrailwaysandcanals.(5)Thedesignofpipelinesinvolvesmanydifferentaspects.Examplesarerouting,pressuresafetysystems,corrosionprotection,constructionandwelding,operationandmaintenance.Foraspectsotherthanthestructuraldesignofthepipelineitself,referenceismadetotherelevantEuropeanstandardslistedin1.2.Thisisalsothecaseforelementslikevalves,fittings,insulatingcouplings,teesandcaps.(6)Pipelinesusuallycompriseseveralassociatedfacilitiessuchaspumpingstations,operationcentres,maintenancestations,etc.,eachofthemhousingdifferentsortsofmechanicalandelectricalequipment.Sincethesefacilitieshaveaconsiderableinfluenceonthecontinuedoperationofthesystem,itisnecessarytogivethemadequateconsiderationinthedesignprocessaimedatsatisfyingtheoverallreliabilityrequirements.However,explicittreatmentofthesefacilities,isnotincludedwithinthescopeofthisStandard.(7)AlthoughlargediameterpipelinesarewithinthescopeofthisStandard,thecorrespondingdesigncriteriashouldnotbeusedforapparentlysimilarfacilitieslikerailwaytunnelsandlargeundergroundgasreservoirs.(8)TheprovisionsinthisStandardarenotnecessarilycompleteforparticularapplications.Wherethisisthecase,additionalprovisionsspecifictothoseapplicationsshouldbeadopted.(9)ThisStandardspecifiestherequirementsregardingmaterialpropertiesofplatesandweldsintermsofstrengthandductility.Fordetailedguidelinesandrequirementsaboutmaterialsandwelding,referenceshouldbemadetotherelevantstandardslistedin1.2.(10)ThescopeofthisStandardislimitedtosteelgradeswithaspecifiedminimumyieldstrengthnotexceeding700N/mm.
