【摘要】:ThisTechnicalSpecificationprovidesbackgroundinformationonthethermalresponsesandneedsofgroupsofpersonswithspecialrequirementssothatInternationalStandardsconcernedwiththeassessmentofthethermalenvironmentcanbeappropriatelyappliedfortheirbenefit.ItisapplicabletotheuseoftheInternationalStandardslistedinClause2andincludes—adescriptionoftherangeandvarietyofresponsesandadaptationstothermalenvironmentsofpeoplewithspecialrequirements,andtheconsequencesformeasuringandevaluatingthoseenvironments,—theapplicationofthePMV/PPDindexwhenconsideringpersonswithspecialrequirementsandthermalcomfortinmoderateenvironments,—theapplicationofInternationalStandardsfortheassessmentofhotandcoldthermalenvironmentswhensuchenvironmentsareoccupiedbypeoplewithspecialrequirements,and—briefdescriptionsofthermaldisabilitiesandtheirrelevantthermalresponsecharacteristicswithdetailedinformationfromavailableknowledgeonseveralofthemostimportantofthese(seeAnnexA).
