【摘要】:Proficiencytestingisameansofsecuringestimatesofthevariabilityofresultsobtainedbydifferentlaboratoriestestinghomogeneousmaterialstakenfrombatchsampleswhenfollowingproceduresprescribedinaspecifictestmethod.Forthepurposeofthisguide,homogeneousmaterialsareconsideredtobelaboratorysamplescutfromthesamebatchsample(rollorgarmentlot)andselectedatrandomfortheparticipantlaboratories.Thisproficiencytestprogramistobeconsideredafull-scaleinterlaboratorytest,inwhichareasonablylargenumberoflaboratoriesparticipatebytestingaseriesofmaterialsusingoneormoreoperatorsperlaboratoryandreportthedataforanalysis.Forthepurposesofthisguide,FullScaleLaboratoryTestisdefinedinPracticeD2904.Thisisnottobeconfusedwiththefullscaletestingterminologyanddefinitionswhichappearinothertestmethods,suchasflammability,thatdescribethesizeofthespecimensbeingtested.Thestatisticaldatageneratedbythispracticeprovideinformationneededtoexhibitparticipationinaformalproficiencyteststudy.AlldataaresubmittedtotheprogramcoordinatoratASTMHeadquartersforthepreparationanddistributionoftheproficiencytestingprogramreports.Alllaboratorydataareconfidentialwithnodisclosureoflabidentityexceptforeachparticipant''sownlaboratory.Publishedreportscontainalllaboratorytestdata(coded),statisticalanalysisoftestdata,chartsplottingtestresultsversuslabcode,andotherinformation.1.1ThisguideoutlinestheProficiencyTestProgramforFabrics.Elementsforplanningtheproficiencytestprogram,selectingthesamplefabricstobeused,thetestingprotocol,andthecalculationsforthedatatobereportedareincludedinthispractice.1.2Theplanningoftheproficiencytestprogramrequiresageneralknowledgeoftestingoftextilefabricsandstatisticalprinciplesincludedintheanalysisofthedata.1.3Thisguideisdesignedtomeetthequalitysystemsproficiencyandcompetencerequirementsofparticipatinglaboratories.Thisprogramisnotaccreditedtoanyinternationalstandard.1.4TheinstructionsinthisguidefollowthelogicoffullscalelaboratorytestsasdescribedinPracticeD2904andGuideE1301,exceptwiththisnewguideplacingitsemphasisonproficiencytesting.1.5Proceduresgiveninthisguideareapplicabletomethodsbasedonthemeasurementofdiscretemeasurementdataandgradesorscores.
