【摘要】:ThispartofISO18437specifiesadirectmethodformeasuringthecomplexdynamicmoduliofelasticity(theYoung,shearandbulkmoduli,andtheirrespectivelossfactorscorrespondingtothetensile,shearandallcompressivestrains)forpolymeric(rubberyandviscouspolymers,aswellasrigidplastics)materialsoverawidefrequencyandtemperaturerange.Measurementsareperformedbythedynamicstiffnessmethod,whichuseselectricsignalsfromsensorsattachedtoatestpiece.Thesesignalsareproportionaltothedynamicforcesactingonthetestpieceandthestrainsinthetestpieceduetotheeffectoftheseforces.Themeasurementfrequencyrangeisdeterminedbythesizeoftestpiece,theaccuracyrequiredonthedynamicmodulusmeasurements,therelationshipbetweenthestiffnessoftheoscillationgeneratorandthestiffnessofthetestpiece,andbytheresonancecharacteristicsofthetestfixtureused.ThemethodpresentedinthispartofISO18437allowsmeasurementunderanystaticpre-loadallowedforthetestpiece(includingthetestpiecehavingthenon-linearcharacteristicsunderdifferentstaticloads),butundersmalldynamic(acoustic)strains,i.e.,inlimitswherethelinearpropertiesofthetestpiecearenotdistorted.Dependingonthepre-loadconditions,therelationbetweenthemoduliisunique.
